Terms of Service

These terms govern use of QTS Lead Radar ("the app"), operated by Artur Khasbiev. By connecting your Threads account, you agree to these terms.

What the app does

QTS Lead Radar lets a connected Threads account search recent public Threads posts by keyword and view the results on a dashboard. From that dashboard, the connected account holder may manually publish a reply to a matched post. The app does not post, reply, like, or follow automatically.

Who can use it

The app is currently operated for the personal use of Artur Khasbiev and for reviewers or testers explicitly invited as Threads Testers for the purpose of app review. It is not offered as a public service.

Acceptable use

When using the app, you agree to:

• Comply with Meta's and Threads' own platform terms and developer policies.
• Only use the reply feature for genuine, manual responses — not spam or bulk messaging.
• Not attempt to use the app to circumvent Threads API rate limits or access restrictions.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy or completeness of search results or uptime of the service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the app.

Account access and termination

You may disconnect the app from your Threads account at any time via Threads' connected-apps settings. The operator may suspend or terminate access to the app at any time, for any reason, including to comply with Meta's platform requirements.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
